





Description
The BP South Farm is a 40-acre tree farm located on the northern end of Pine Island. The farm is currently growing the following palm varieties: Bismarck, Royal, Coconut, Foxtail, Adonidia, Roby, Areca, and King Alexander. In addition to the palms, there are also green buttonwoods.
The farm has a 4" well and is mostly high and dry. Soils consist primarily of Immokalee and Myakka.
The farm is located at the end of Howard Road on the north end of Pine Island in unincorporated Lee County. It's one mile east of Stringfellow Road, 6.5 miles north of Pine Island Center, and 12 miles from Cape Coral. The surrounding area is a mixture of farmland, woods, and a few single-family homes.
